What does Walton Lake mean to you or your family?
Walton Lake in the Ochoco National Forest holds fond memories for many Crook County residents. We invite you to join us for a Walton Lake photo competition and an opportunity to share your favorite memory. A $50 gift certificate to the Pioneer Club will be awarded to two winners!
To Participate:
- Select one or more photos (largest 8×11) of Walton Lake
- Write up to 50 words about “What Walton Lake means to you or your family”
- Include your name, phone number, email address, and names of anyone in the picture, and approximate date the photo was taken (if you know it)
- Either send a scanned copy to (steve.lent@co.crook.or.us) along with the text or take the photo into the Bowman Museum where it will be scanned for you.
Deadline for Submission: October 1, 2019
Winners will be selected based on community input.
Photos Unveiled and Judged October 15th at the Bowman Museum 6 pm – 7.30 pm
Prize: $50 Gift Certificates to the Pioneer Club (2 winners will be selected)
